En France le pain est fabriqu\u00e9 par transformation de la Farine obtenue par pression sur une meule en pierre avec le bl\u00e9 ou autres c\u00e9r\u00e9ales suivant les r\u00e9gions de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barbizon comme toutes les paroisses avant la r\u00e9volution \u00e9tait sous la coupe des moulins banaux pour la productions de la farine, les paysans payaient pour cela, le pain \u00e9tait cuit dans les fours  aussi collectifs, le pain \u00e9tait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de grande taille et cuits pour plusieurs semaines de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ne pas payer trop de droit. Avec la r\u00e9volution le pain devient une denr\u00e9e commerciale  seul les paysans produisaient leurs pains gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des fours dans les fermes.
