{"id":915,"date":"2023-02-26T14:03:31","date_gmt":"2023-02-26T13:03:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.grappilles.fr\/?p=915"},"modified":"2024-06-26T16:53:46","modified_gmt":"2024-06-26T14:53:46","slug":"le-train-a-melun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grappilles.fr\/index.php\/2023\/02\/26\/le-train-a-melun\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Train \u00e0 Melun"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avant le train.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Il existait des routes d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s pour parcourir le trajet de Paris \u00e0 Melun, Le chemin qui emprunte l&rsquo;ancienne voie romaine qui continue vers Sens, depuis Sully il n&rsquo;est plus entretenu de m\u00eame que celui de Corbeil \u00e0 Melun par l&rsquo;autre rive de la Seine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le Trafic se fait par la voie de Ponthierry et Chailly en bi\u00e8re, par l&rsquo;adoucissement des buttes de ces deux villes et l&rsquo;\u00e9largissement et le pavage de cette voie. Avant les trains s\u2019arr\u00eataient \u00e0 Corbeil et un service hippomobile prenait le relais jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Melun,  c&rsquo;est environ plus d&rsquo;une centaine de personnes dans plus mauvais jours \u00e0 plusieurs centaines les bons jours, voir plus les fin de semaines, jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s et autres \u00e9v\u00e8nements importants locaux  nationaux ou familiaux. Le reste du trajet en voitures hippomobiles pour les plus chanceux dans ceux du service r\u00e9gulier et officiel, en 3Heures et quelques pour ce rendre \u00e0 Fontainebleau pour un prix de 2 \u00e0 3 F. les autres payaient jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 15F; dans des conditions rudes voir dangereuses dans des \u00e9quipages de fortune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La gare P.L.M. de Melun<br><br>En 1841 une bataille se livre pour choisir l\u2019axe principal de la ligne, soit par Troyes pour se rendre \u00e0 Dijon plaque tournante des Centres ferroviaire de Paris Strasbourg Lyon, dans les d\u00e9partements et grande villes \u00e9conomiques pour s\u2019attribuer le passage de la ligne les \u00e9lus font grand bruit.<br>Mais la ligne Paris-Strasbourg \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans les cartons de la commission centrale et un doublement par Troyes n\u2019est pas prioritaire, par contre Marseille port important de la France \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque se devait d\u2019\u00eatre relie \u00e0 Paris comme Le Havre-Paris ligne existante \u00e0 cette date. Un trac\u00e9 est en cours d\u2019\u00e9tude pour \u00eatre retenue ; Paris Corbeil Melun Montereau Sens Joigny Tonnerre Semur Pouilly Dijon Beaune Chagny Chalons.<br>Il faut savoir que pour se rendre \u00e0 Lyon par la navigation il fallait 2 mois et il en coutait 70 frs, par roulage ordinaire 18 jours et 100 frs, en diligence \u00e0 une moyenne de 8 km\/h 54 heures et 52 frs, par le chemin de fer \u00e0 une moyenne de 32 Km \/H 18 heures et 33 frs. Vive le progr\u00e8s.<br>En 1841 la ligne Paris-Lyon est qualifi\u00e9 d\u2019importante au vue des progr\u00e8s effectuer en Allemagne Autriche et Russie, qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 un r\u00e9seau suffisant pour amener des troupes aux portes de leurs pays rapidement, alors que nos soldats ne seront pas sortis de Paris. Le raccordement de cette ligne \u00e0 celle existante jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Corbeil fera faire des \u00e9conomies plut\u00f4t que de cr\u00e9e une ligne de Paris. Le Conseil Municipale de Melun re\u00e7oit le 30 Octobre 1842 une pr\u00e9sentation de l\u2019avant-projet, il ait apparaitre une distance importante par rapport au centre de la ville 1200 M\u00e8tres de puis l\u2019\u00e9glise saint Aspais ! , le conseil parle m\u00eame : \u00a0\u00bb et con\u00e7oit on ce que Fontainebleau surtout et sa belle foret am\u00e8neront de voyageurs ?\u2026\u00a0\u00bb Melun avec ses navettes depuis la gare de Corbeil draine plus de 150 voyageurs par jours d\u00e9j\u00e0.<br>La loi, il faut le rappeler ait que pour des concessions ferr\u00e9es l\u2019\u00e9tat ach\u00e8te les terrains ex\u00e9cute les terrassements, construit les ouvrages d\u2019arts, la compagnie pose les voies, construit les stations, fournit le mat\u00e9riel d\u2019exploitation.<br>Mars 1843 des r\u00e9unions sont organis\u00e9 pour souscrire aux obligations des compagnies pour faire pression sur les d\u00e9cisions.<br>Octobre 1843 le projet se pr\u00e9cise par la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un comit\u00e9 de d\u00e9fense en Seine et Marne pour centraliser les amis du projet Paris-Lyon par l\u2019Yonne. Une d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration du conseil municipale de Brie-Comte-Robert est annex\u00e9e \u00e0 une demande de Melun, un autre conseil se voit demander un vote pour faire adopter le passage du trajet par la vall\u00e9e de l\u2019Yerres.<br>Juillet 1845 l\u2019embranchement Corbeil Melun est adopt\u00e9, des membres \u00e9minents de la r\u00e9gion, financier, politique, commer\u00e7ant s se rapprochent de Melun pour obtenir la concession, selon eux il faut aller vite pour mettre en place ce tron\u00e7on.<br>26 Mars 1846, avis d\u2019enqu\u00eate publique pour Melun et les communes avoisinantes sur le futur trajet du chemin de fer qui se d\u00e9roule du 1 au 8 avril, mais une seconde enqu\u00eate est faite pour rectifier le trajet.<br>Novembre 1846 avis du pr\u00e9fet pour r\u00e9glementer la circulation maritime devant les Tavaux pour l\u2019a construction du pont du M\u00e9e.
